It's ok..nothing to see here!( well, actually, this 'Shag' is blind!)..he's just one of the locals doing his daily visit, to his favourite fish & chip shop, in Mangonui, New Zealand.
Just a short walk from the wharf, with no roads to cross (thank goodness).
So.. why not, there's free tasty treats await.
